El Narco de Narcos Rafael Caro Quintero is a Mexican drug lord and one of the co-founders of the Guadalajara Cartel alongside Miguel Angel Felix Gallardo and Ernesto Fonseca Carrillo. He was responsible for the kidnapping, torture, and murder of DEA agent Enrique "Kiki" Camarena in 1985. Caro Quintero was released from prison in 2013 but re-arrested in 2022.
